Martin Jorgensen is one of the most talented and persistent European outside left fielders, capable of breaking through the opposition's defense as well as striking in the goal area. Born in Oersted, Denmark, he grew up in the ranks of the AGF Aarhus in which he accrued 82 matches in the top Danish Championships (13 goals) and where he drew the attention of the European observers.

Udinese succeeded in winning him over and bringing him to Italy where Martin quickly settled in to become a player of international standard. Midfielder on the outside left is a valuable tactical weapon used to unhinge even the most fortified defenses. A significant tactic, which implemented rapidly enables the player to dodge his immediate opponent and to give valued support to teammates. Another element of his repertoire is his excellent distant shooting making him an additional forward. For many years he has been a staple in the Danish National team. Now he is part of the Fiorentina team.
